![]() Green Committee![]() The SUNY System Administration Green Committee is a joint effort between the UUP chapter and SUNY management to address energy saving and environmental initiatives related to work, commuting and residential settings. Save the date February 5, 2009, 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm Join the System Administration Green Committee for a Brown Bag lunch to learn all about IPOOL2 : The new commuter registry for people who live or work in the Capital District Deb Stacey from the Capital District Transportation Committee will join us to provide information about the Capital District’s new Carpool Registry IPOOL2 – the many benefits and how to join. Joining the registry is FREE and can help you link up with other capital district commuters who are interested in carpooling to/from work. One major benefit of joining is the Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program which is FREE and available to those who join. There are added benefits for people who take the bus, bike, and walk to work as well. Take a look at the program’s website http://www.ipool2.org and join us to learn more.
